- 1 Input 3 output – Outdoor Rated Aerial Splitter
- Overview – Our 1 input, 3 output, outdoor aerial splitter is designed to split an aerial signal and send it to 3 locations. The great thing about this unit is it can be mounted in an external environment meaning you can split the aerial signal as close to your aerial as possible, this will prevent unwanted signal loss.
- DC Pass – Many outdoor aerial installs make use of a Mast Head Amplifier; this will amplify the aerial signal. However, in order to amplify a signal, it must receive a source of power. As our unit has DC pass, it is compatible with Mast Head Amplifiers and other items that make use of DC pass such as distribution amplifiers, magic eyes etc.
- How to install:
1. Open the outer casing and lift up the cover to reveal the Coaxial screw terminals.
2. Connect the aerial to the input of the splitter (labelled inside). Alternatively, you can run into a Mast Head Amplifier and then into the input of the splitter.
3. Connect the output 1 of the splitter to your TV receiver or other relevant device, and output 2 & 3 to a secondary TV set or distribution amplifier for further signal distribution. - Key Features:
