The advantages of TL866II+ programmer
1. Support simultaneously programming with 4 TL866II+ on each computer.
2. Minimum Volume and the lowest Power Consumption and Does not overheat with constant use.

4. Internal 40 pin over voltage protection, the Highest VCC/VPP 4-level over-current protection. Short-circuits should not reset the PC.
5. Wide range of chips supported 15000+ and continue to add, support for serial and parallel series 40/44/48PIN large capacity FLASH Chips
6. Unique serial ICSP interface, supporting the serial download and high-speed parallel high voltage programming. Note: TL866CS does not support ICSP eeproms
7. Test CMOS4000 74/54 series integrated circuit. Errors can be located in the Gate Circuit.
8. Chip auto serial number is the most complete and practical of its kind.
9. Original chip encryption operation on AVR micro-controller with internal RC Calibration byte. The Decrypt software can not be directly run on another chip of the same type.
